About Douglist.net

This site was created by experienced construction workers who live, work, and play in Douglas County Oregon. Our express purpose is to connect local homeowners in need of experienced contractors with locally owned construction businesses. Everyone on the team at Douglist was born and raised right here in Douglas County; we love it here and we know that you do too, so keeping things local is as important to us as it is to you.

Douglist only allows businesses owned by contractors and tradesmen located in Douglas County to list on our site. Every contractor who lists on Douglist has to pass a license verification check for the services they offer, as well as verification that their business is located in or within 20 miles of our County. These are policies that we strictly enforce, giving homeowners the peace of mind that their money stays local, and businesses the assurance that they are not competing with out-of-area interests.
